"Shipping promise felt misleading"
I’m still waiting on my order, and the way they worded the shipping info made it sound like it would arrive much sooner. Tracking has barely updated, and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. I get that delays happen, but don’t make it seem fast if it’s not. Not sure I’d order from here again.

I sent the item back expecting an exchange, but that got denied, and then the refund just seemed to drag on forever. I don’t know, the whole thing felt really frustrating and kind of off. Still not happy with how it was handled.

"Pretty good prices when there’s a promo"
I’ve found the prices to be reasonable overall — especially when there’s a sale or a discount code floating around. It’s not always the absolute cheapest option, but the promos really do help and make it feel like a decent value. The site was easy enough to use too, no real complaints there. I just wish the regular prices were a little lower when there isn’t a deal going on.

"Felt like I wasted my money"
I was disappointed with these glasses. The frames felt cheap as soon as I took them out, and the lenses just didn’t feel right for my prescription. After wearing them for a little while, I started getting headaches and ended up switching back to my old pair. I really hate feeling like I spent money on something I can’t even use, so this just wasn’t worth it for me.

I had an issue with that thing not working right, and support replied quicker than I expected. They helped me sort it out without much back and forth, so yeah, happy with the experience...
